in fact Outlook doesn't provide a button to insert an image to auto reply, but you can do that manually, using cut & paste. I've just tested it:
Victor_Ivanidze, I am not sure if it's organizational, but when I paste images in manually, they do not come through to the recipient. They're broken image links only.
