Automatic Replies in Outlook - Insert Image n/a - PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!
So you want help/advice but don't want to provide it back?
Anyway, for what it's worth people I managed to place a picture in my autoresponse message simply by first placing it in my email sig, then copying and pasting the content of that sig into the autoresponder section.
I've tried copying the (working) .sig image to the automatic replay and all I get is the correct size of the image (no data). I am wondering if there is "extra" magic to get the actual image to appear!
TIA.

GEON37 unfortunately copying and pasting will not work. I had to create a rule for my automatic replies and include a url for it to point to in order to obtain my artwork.
- Dirk_JanAug 15, 2022Copper ContributorThis means one has to have a server running to host the images. I worked around that item by opening the auto reply option, choose for making a rule, add rule and only click at reply with mail choosing for a sjabloon which is a mail that you can fill with whatever you want. Downside indeed as somebody notes earlier, every incoming mail get's a reply. So, the request stands: Microsoft do your homework and make it possible to insert images at auto -replies!!

Sonja_Cicchetti, Yes, thank you - I discovered that too!
If you use a Rule - does the inbound request behave like an automatic reply and not have any race conditions?
Thanks for you reply!

GEON37 I'm sorry, I'm not exactly sure what that means. In order to fix my issue I enlisted the help of Microsoft support and was successful in being able to get our logo to populate on our automatic replies for our organization.
