401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
Dear Sir,
I introduce myself Ma
yur Jain and having msn account mailto:ieng@live.in since more then 8 years.
I would like to inform you that whenever i log in to this account via desktop in any browser, i receive this message on screen that
"401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials."
hence kindly request you look into this and resolve this issue ASAP as this email is my professional email so need to recover on urgent basis.

- Hello Mayur,
I would recommend downloading the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool on the link below. Install and follow the steps. Choose the option having issues to sign in and follow the steps.

This should fix the issue or at least tell you what is wrong with your account.
