why can't I see my One Drive on my laptop, that was originally set up on a desktop.

apparently resetting my laptop lost the connection, I automatically got new access which basically does not give me access to existing files!

How to retrieve the original OneDrive acct?

catemulligan We don't have any basic information from you as to whether you're using a Mac or PC, Windows 10, 11 or something else so can't give precise information.

    The 14086 directory is missing and the only files I have here are recent files, not original
