Short term use of OneDrive on a Windows computer

Hi,

I need to access files I have on OneDrive on a Windows PC for one day only in order to show a video ay a community event.

I want to remove the OneDrive files immediately after the event.

I tried to run this through today.

I logged into OneDrive which wasn't in use by any other user, on the computer in question, and could see the relevant files. However I couldn't see how to log out or remove my files.

Please advise.

Ian

    Thanks for sharing the issue!

Clicking the OneDrive icon on the taskbar, then click the settings icon and there should be a option to sign out!

Or as suggested by Mike to use a USB!

Or use the OneDrive website to show files?

    Or share the OneDrive folder?
  • Simplest way is to log in to OneDrive in a browser and download the files. Delete them when you're done. I personally would be concerned about the risk of not being able to access OneDrive at the event, and simply bring them on a USB stick.
