Hi, a shared OneDrive account is still a personal library, so several people syncing it is exactly where those conflicts come from Microsoft's split is personal files in OneDrive, shared files in SharePoint.
Create a Teams team or Microsoft 365 group instead: you get a SharePoint team site with a document library, which is the supported home for files with shared ownership, and permissions come from the group membership.
Keep Known Folder Move as-is for Desktop and Documents, and for the shared library use "Add shortcut to OneDrive" rather than the old Sync button.
