OneDrive files missing
Files disappeared on OneDrive.I have windows 10. Spoke with support and did all basic troubleshooting steps - nothing worked.

You need to provide a lot more context about what your environment is, what you did, what you've tried. We are not mind readers or looking over your shoulder.
Who do you mean by "support"? Your company's OneDrive administrators or Microsoft or ...?

I received a message saying my payment could be not processed. I then updated payment and the subscription was upgraded again from 5 to 100 GB. All files disappeared around this time.

You have not provided anything that someone without access to your computer can use to proceed further. Please talk to Microsoft support who can work with you to diagnose the problem with remote access.

All my files on OneDrive have disappeared out of the blue. What remains are empty folders. I did not delete any files. The files are not in the recycle bin. When I did restore to 25 days back the files are not restored either and the folders are still empty. Please let me know what further information you require.
