Onedrive doesn't synchronise pdf and some of the word files

I have the same problems with OneDrive for Windows and OneDrive for Android.... It's not the first time that happend... But now I work with OneDrive so I really need Microsof Help. I have to give my work in some next days, I've tried to contact Microsoft Help, but explorer say "The request is blocked". That's why Microsoft is the most main society for computer ??

(so shame)

Please someone, help me, i have downloaded more than 15000 files on OneDrive Windows to share with colleagues. Any of them is available somewhere else than my computer. OneDrive Windows said "synchronisation ok" but i've never seen any files somewhere else (i've tried to see on OneDrive for Android and OneDrive for iOS... Anything works....)
