OneDrive Details Pane Not Syncing All Activity
In the following Microsoft Support article for OneDrive Comments and Activity It explicitly says "all the activities that have happened inside your OneDrive. Activities will show for the last 30 days...

Click "? (Help) > Report a concern" in the web view of OneDrive or the equivalent in the mobile app.
If you're using OneDrive for Business use the support channels provided in your license.
