Same, I had temporarily fixed this by clearing everything and then syncing to a new target folder, but it has now started failing to sync again.
It also appears to sync one way (add a file or folder to online it shows up in desktop but not vice versa )
I'm actually syncing with 2 different tenants. One works fine the other continues to be a thorn in my side.

- Wyn HopkinsFeb 07, 2023MVPFYI for anyone that's found this thread, it was resolved by unsyncing my OneDrive( not SharePoint) folder then deleting a folder that had a large number of files and some very large media files and exe files in it. Then resyncing a single OneDrive folder to a new destination folder.
