Monitoring and Audit
Hello everyone,
Is there any way to view shared via onedrive files/links. we restricted share permission for everyone BUT in some cases we have to give access to it for specific users. But we have no idea what that user is sending. So, as additional control, we need a way monitor that sharing.

Any sharing activity is reflected in the Unified audit log, so you can just look at those, or configure integration with any SIEM solution you might be using. Another option is to configure notification emails for any externally shared file, via the Set-SPOTenant cmdlet and the BccExternalSharingInvitations/BccExternalSharingInvitationsList parameters: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/sharepoint-online/set-spotenant?view=sharepoint-ps#-bccexternalsharinginvitations
