Issue with accessing personal vault on OneDrive app post restart

Just started having a similar issue. I can see my files in the vault just fine, on PC, in a browser, and in the Andoird app. However, in the Android app, I can't open any of the files. I get tis error message: "We can't open the file. Might have been moved or deleted, or you might now have permission to edit it."
The files have neither been moved nor deleted, and I am fully authenticated to access anything in the app.
