Issue with accessing personal vault on OneDrive app post restart

When I opened my onedrive mobile app today the app pushed a message saying that a restart was required. I restarted the app and it told me to set up my personal vault. I've been using my personal vau...

Yes! And it's driving me crazy...

Really hoping this is sorted or someone can advise as i have a lot of stuff in my vault!

Can't even uninstall and reinstall app to reset as samsung onedrive app doesn't let you uninstall it.

Arghh!

I can see things in the vault but can't access anything. I've seen postings about issues with a onedrive update that they're "aware of" but can't get a tech support person to contact me.

    The same. This particularly problem persist for a few months now. I see them both online, and app but cant reproduce them or download them.

    First message is the shortcut item couldn't be removed and 2nd is the media file couldnt be played or downloaded.

      I've resolved the problem deleting the account and reconneting it to the OneDrive APP
