Is there a Setting to control on-deman file download?
Is there a Setting to control on-deman file download? Via the policy or via the OneDrive admin centre? I could not locate this setting anywhere?
I think, this setting exists for the personal OneDrive sync, but not for the enterprise one. Am I right? Would apprechiate any help

You can also control how much data is downloaded, toggle it off for Teams Sites, etc.
For individual items, you control it by adjusting the file attributes: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/files-on-demand-windows
