Hey, Jamony​ , sorry to jump into the conversation but what NiltonGM​ has mentioned, is true in my organisation too. We first noticed the Explorer slowness issue around mid-2025, when almost all users suddenly started experiencing it. I even completely uninstalled OneDrive on Windows 11 24H2, but it made no difference.
At the time, I assumed it was a temporary issue that would be resolved through Windows updates. However, a year later, the problem still persists.
We are now running Windows 11 25H2, and the same Explorer performance issue continues to affect almost every user in our organisation.
