How to use MS for Photos on desktop and Android?

DESKTOP - I use "PHOTOS" to view correct? How do I make "memories" again? I guess thats the name for albums. I made a few but can't recall how I did it? It seems to be a "One Drive" feature. If so I'll be going btwn two apps to view photos?

ANDROID - Do I use the One Drive app to view camera roll and saved photos on my Android? I can't see the memories / albums? I just see the camera roll and uploaded photos. Which....I may add are all out of date order as per support One Drive changes date created to date uploaded. I also can see all my scanned docs, music images, etc as per support you must choose "all folders" on Android. The choice for just camera roll is not permitted (according to support).

I'll keep MS 365 to store my documents (I have Office 2016 which does all I need it to) so don't need those apps "yet." But for photos I'll be switching back to Google or iCloud.
