Error with synchro OneDrive Business Mac

Since few months, some of users in my company had a bug with OneDrive Business client on macOS. Client says "Processing of 79 changes, after 3 elements and again 79, 48 etc". It's a little bit frustrating. I try to uninstall OneDrive, re-install, connect an account but It's the same.

How can we fix this ?
