My wife and I have a family Office 365 subscription. I have shared a folder with her with permissions to edit. She gets the email confirming this and can open the link and see the files in the folde...
I am experiencing this as well on one of my family's machines.
The https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/please-resolve-the-issue-of-being-unable-to-access/3ae37a27-5255-4ef2-a01c-0a8c9c419ad4 works for me but is very clunky. I set it up for one folder, but have several and don't want to go through the trouble of setting up the others.
