Why do some participants bypass Lobby
I have set the meeting options to "people in my organisation" can bypass lobby. But I found out that some participants who are on external active directory do bypass Lobby. That is they have automatic entry. How do I stop that from happening?

Yes, they do. I have removed them in the AD. This resolved the issue. Thank you
adeoyewilson Are these users dialling in? It could be that the "Let anonymous people start a meeting" is enabled. Do you have more than 1 policy in your org that is allowing external users to access without the meeting host?
