Whistleblowing for Microsoft Teams

Hello all,

I need to implement whistleblowing for my company.
For the anonymous form we want to implement a phone number on Microsoft Teams, and we would like to know if there is a solution that officially handles whistleblowing.
I tried to do some research but there are not many discussion topics about it.

In case there is no official Microsoft Teams solution I am ready to evaluate with Power Platform solutions as well.
