Which network is at fault? Local or the Client?

I've got a situation where User-A is joining a Teams Meeting hosted by Company-B. They join via the browser as an external guest since they're in different tenants, and User A states that their Teams meeting keeps getting dropped.

Would this indicate an issue with the local network for User-A, or is this an issue with the connection on Company-B Teams? I've searched and haven't found any posts that cover this.

Note: User-A hasn't tried dialing into the meeting to see if they also experience the same issue.

imho you should start collecting the Teams log of User-A to see if any evidence.

You may refer to the MSFT article on how collect the logs: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/log-files

Note: because User-A is accessing the meeting via browser (not via client) , you may need to collect also a Browser Trace from User-A
