HelloOur clients has implemented Teams Phone as a carrier:Configure Session Border Controller - Multiple tenants - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft LearnOne of their customers wants to know:When forwarding to a mobile phone, can the phone number of the original caller (A-subscriber) be displayed?For example, suppose a caller (A) dials a user phone number and the user has set up a forwarding to a queue or a private phone number (B). B answers the call. Now A wants to know if B can see A's phone number.The Microsoft documentation does not help in this case because it focuses on direct routing. In the customer's tenant this isn't configured.I would appreciate your advice.Kind regardsIngo&nbsp;

Ingo-Hampe&nbsp;It won't really be covered under Microsoft.&nbsp; It will be your SBC config.&nbsp;The original calling number will be in the FROM field sent by Microsoft to your SBC and then the Teams users number (the one that forwarded the call) will be the PAI.&nbsp;The SBC will be using the PAI as the Calling Number so sending that to the carrier. Just needs a config change on the SBC to sort this.
