way to force photo refresh in Teams?

Sign out/ sign in hasn't worked for me, but deleting the file in the cache has refreshed my profile picture for the Teams app.

I deleted all cache folder (%appdata%\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Cache\Cache_Data) content and it worked!
