Volume fircibly adjusted on each call start

Issue still seems to be present on a users Teams. Have submitted to MS Service health for review.
Same! I have had this issue for months now. Changed all the settings in previous suggestions, but new calls in Teams always comes up at 100% blowing my ears out.
