Volume fircibly adjusted on each call start

How to stop it increasing volume to 20%??? It does it with the new update! my ears...! Such a shame for MS! Unbelievable!
- I started to encounter this issue after upgrading to Windows 11 unfortunately. The same setup was working great on windows 10. Now I started to be afraid of joining meetings because I might go deaf :(.
I do hope MS Teams will address the issue, as TEAMS is the only application with this annoying problem.
