I noticed same in my Teams classrooms. I have noticed the ones who log in first tend to stay in the images, unless you pin others. The ones who are dots, their dots sort of vibrate when they speak but their images do not necessarily show up.
Interesting. We've done about a dozen test runs up until today we didn't see this problem. Good to know that it's not just us though....it's going to cause some issues on our side as we really need the speaker's image to come up when they are actually speaking.....
