Video Layout- show all participants

When we have a video call my team can see everyone on the call however I can only see the person actively talking during the call. I would like to be able to see all participants (we are a group of 3...

Hi,

Normally you should see 4 video streams, but currently there is high impact on Teams services due to high usage so I guess this is causing this problem for you. I've seen this problem more in the Teams web application than the desktop, so if you are using Teams web app try to download the desktop client. https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads

Just to be sure make sure that you haven't pinned a video stream, right click on the video and see if you can select unpin.

As an instructor, I am able to view all the students( 16) in the class when they turn their camera on. We are supposed to record exam sessions. However, when the session is recorded( with all students on camera) the recorded video later shows only 9 students at a time. Instructors using Zoom have no such issues, Any suggestion would be appreciated,

I manage a global team of 7 developers and use Teams. Until recently, it primarily worked fine (except for a little hic-up here and there). As of last week, I noticed that I can only view 3 videos at the same time. Many times the call starts with showing all 7, however, shortly after it only shows 3 even though everyone is broadcasting their video.

Any ideas??
