Using excel in teams with multiple users | Error message merging changes

Hi, we currently are using Teams to share extensive Excel files with up to 20 contributors/users. Recently, we came accross this kind of message and I'm wondering how to correct this. It has something to do with merging changes. Please note that users are not working on the same cells/sheets when this problem occurred.
