User's mic works in browser Teams but not Mac app Teams
I have a user who is able to use Teams fully in Microsoft Edge for macOS, but the Microsoft Teams for macOS app insists he has no microphone. No amount of messing with settings or delete/reinstall (not just drag to trash) has been able to resolve the issue. It's highly unusual. No other Electron based apps are doing this. Anyone have an idea? Thanks.

It sounds like you're having some trouble with your microphone in the Teams app on your Mac. Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
try resetting the NVRAM (non-volatile RAM) on your Mac. This can sometimes fix hardware issues. To reset the NVRAM, follow these steps:
- Shut down your Mac.
- Press the power button to turn it on again.
- Immediately press and hold the option, command, P, and R keys. You can release the keys after about 20 seconds, during which your Mac might appear to restart.
