User appear always available on teams

Hi to all,

 

I have a user that no matter what I do still appear online.

Changes  that I already tried:

1. Remove Teams app from all the devices and use web app. No change. After sign out still appear online.

2. Sign out from office account from all devices. Sing in and out from web Teams. After sign out still appear online.

3. Change the account credentials. Sing in and out from web Teams. After sign out still appear online.

4. Change the settings of Teams with mines that I don't have the issue. After sign out still appear online.

Anyone had this issue? And if U had ithow u solved?
