Hi Vimal!
1. Teams on web is working fine.
2. On going to the directory %appdata%\Microsoft\teams. I saw the following files:
- Cache: was already empty
- Code Cache: contains an empty folder named "js"
- IndexedDB: contains an empty folder named "https_teams.microsoft.com_0.indexeddb.blob"
- Local Storage: already empty
- Service Worker: contains folders named "Cache Storage", "Databse", and "ScriptCache"
- Session storage
- skylib
- SkypeRT
- watchdog
- WebStorage
- settings.json
- SquirrelTelemetry.log
- storage.json
- teams_install_session.json
The files that I am supposed to delete, do not exist. So what do I do now?

1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator. (You may search the Start menu for Command Prompt.)
2. Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.
3. Wait for the process to complete and then try to uninstall Teams again using the "teamsbootstrapper.exe -x" command.
If that doesn't work, you can try resetting the Windows Store cache manually by following these steps:
1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.
3. Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
4. Click on the "Processes" tab and look for any processes related to the Windows Store or Teams.
5. Right-click on each process and select "End task."
6. Try to uninstall Teams again using the "teamsbootstrapper.exe -x" command.
If you're still having issues, since the issue might be very complex which better to be worked with higher level support since they may know more about OS related local issues, would you please (use admin accoun to) Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request. The support engineers there have the correct escalation channel, and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to this article to check the way how to raise a ticket: Ways to contact support for business products - Admin help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than us to help using remote sessions or check from the backend.
