Unable to log in to Microsoft Teams
I have been logged out of my microsoft teams (used for work) and now unable to sign in again. It keeps asking me for a code from my authenticator app, but the authenticator app is not generating one...

Since you've mentioned "work", I suppose you have a work account. Apparently your account is enabled for MFA, but it got somehow broken. First, try changing the verification method by visiting here:
https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/proofup.aspx
If it fails, you can contact your organization's IT department and/or Office 365 admins to have them reset your MFA settings.
