Unable to change my password.
I am a teacher and one of my students is facing a problem in loggin in. Since he forgot his password we gave him a new one. He is still unable to log in and to look into this matter I myself tried ...
Sagarika520 Hello, this is happening because of a password policy. Try entering a password that has never been used before or reach out to your IT admin for support. (e.g. must no be previously used, must contain at least 8 characters, must contain uppercase, must contain lowercase, must contain numeric etc.)
