Trouble with Tasks by Planner and To Do

I am having issues using the Tasks by Planner app. Is anyone else experiencing problems with using the application?   When I try to add the app to a group, I get an error stating, "We couldn't save your tab settings. Please try again."  Am I doing something wrong?
