Track Time for each call made from a channel
Hello Is it possible to Track Time for each call made from a particular channel. ? Is it possible to retrieve data from backend.? Appreciate any thoughts on the same. Thank you ananda
Got it. But can't we pull any report from My Analytics, We can see number of calls, emails.
