Teams with third-party email

Hello,

 

I have Teams subscriptions with users associated with my domain name which is not hosted by Microsoft.
Emails work with the Infomaniak host.
The problem is that if a user creates a Teams invitation, the recipient does not receive it because Infomaniak messaging is not configured.

 

I read that you can use Teams with Third Party email :

Could you guide me on getting Teams to work with emails and calendars at Infomaniak please?

    to use Microsoft Teams with Infomaniak email and calendar you need to contact Infomaniak support or use these instructions:

    1. Set up email synchronization on your devices using Infomaniak's provided guides for various platforms.

    2. Access your email, contacts, and calendars directly through Mail Infomaniak in a web browser at mail.infomaniak.com.
      www.infomaniak.com

      Hello,

      The links you provide are used to configure email software which is not my request.
      I want to connect Teams to my domain by MX or DNS.
      Infomaniak support refers me to Microsoft support who cannot answer, that's why I put my problem here.
