Teams Video

When doing a video call in the browser, it works fine, but when using the desktop app the camera does not work. I've deleted the camera in device manager, ran the discover new hardware, to no avail. Also made sure the permissions for the camera were on, they are. Any advice?

    SteveP-Xerox So during your meeting are you going into the "more actions" ellipses, then "show device settings"? Should be your camera in the drop-down menu.

      Phil_M415 Yes, the camera is listed, but when I click to turn it on it gives me the error, can't access camera. But it works in the browser. Weird. 

    • There have been some issues when using devices in the Teams Desktop App. Have you tried to re-start the App?
