When doing a video call in the browser, it works fine, but when using the desktop app the camera does not work. I've deleted the camera in device manager, ran the discover new hardware, to no avail. ...
SteveP-Xerox So during your meeting are you going into the "more actions" ellipses, then "show device settings"? Should be your camera in the drop-down menu.
There have been some issues when using devices in the Teams Desktop App. Have you tried to re-start the App?
