Teams using an obnoxious amount of battery

I have a MacBook Pro 13" (2019, 2 thunderbolt ports) and I have noticed that Teams is using and abnormal amount of energy while being in a meeting. Somedays I am needing to charge my battery up to 3 ...

Have  you checked this setting:-

 

Click your User picture> Settings> General > Disable GPU hardware acceleration .

    Yes, I have, but I couldn't see a noticeable difference. Thanks for the suggestion!
