HVNIT  Hi we've still the issue with MP54 we've open a call on Yealink and also on MS.

Nice is MS says it is all Yealink issue 

and Yealink says it is an MS issue.

Any progress on this? I have just bought an MP54 and experiencing the same issue.

Also, does anyone know if there is an easy way to put on a DND? Like if the user is away from desk and wants to stop calls interrupting the surrounding users?

    robbo215  No resolution either from Yealink or Microsoft. They keep ping-pong me back and forth by blaming each other and non of them want to fix it.
