Teams show not the right document

Hi everybody, i have strange problem with showing files for example an Excelfile within Teams. I clicked on the Files in a TEAMS and open an Excelfile. Then i click on Edit within Teams and i change...

It's more then one Document. I heard it also from different Users.

    This started happen recently or some thing happened for long?
