Teams Room System - Lenovo SmartHub 500 - Video Issue.
Hi all,
Got a few Lenovo SmartHub 500 devices that have been upgraded to Teams Room system with Teams set as default.
Got an issue that after a while the video stops appearing for ad hoc Teams calls and Teams meetings, just a black screen. Logging in to the device and changing the resolution to a different one and then setting it back to 1920 x 1080 generally fixes it for a few days.
While the no video issue is occurring, if you do a Skype call or meeting the video works fine.
Any ideas?

I figured it out in the end, we had to disable SSL decryption on Sophos firewall for the Lenovo units ip address.

- I've not seen this issue before. What version of MTR app are you running? Maybe use the Report a Problem in the bottom left to report it to Microsoft.
