    Hi Graham, We use Connectwise Control - https://www.connectwise.com/software/control

    I figured it out in the end, we had to disable SSL decryption on Sophos firewall for the Lenovo units ip address.

I've not seen this issue before. What version of MTR app are you running? Maybe use the Report a Problem in the bottom left to report it to Microsoft.

Out of interest, what remote viewer tool are you using?
