Teams recording showing cropped view in split screen and attendees showing on the right
We had a recording where it was split screen with one person on the left and then three people in the other camera on the right. On the camera on the right we could see all three people when the call was ongoing but in the recording it only has the middle person showing and has cropped the other two people out of shot. How can this be avoided in future?
Also, how do you remove attendees from the right side of the recording as it shows all their profile pictures and names which we need to remove for data privacy reasons?

Paul_Keijzers Hi Paul. We did use the spotlight option for the participants that were speaking. For one of the participants we were using a Cisco AV kit that when shown on the call it had all people in the room showing correctly in split screen on the call, but the recording cropped out the wide-angle view.
