Teams Premium add-on: default policy
Can you help me understand custom meeting policies in the Premium add-on? We have a user who we'd like all meetings to follow the policy we set (1 being record) so we created a Meeting Templat...
TomMucha1 While you ca't (currently) change the default meeting template, I'm pretty sure you can achieve what you want through assigning that user a default sensitivity label that then mandates recording. I've set up a test in my tenant to do this but it will take 24hrs to be able to validate.
I created a label that enforces recording like this
Then a labelling policy that is assigned to a specific user that mandates the use of that label
I'll let you know in the week how it works out ...
I don't think you can apply a meeting template to an individual as their default. Instead, you could set up a separate meeting policy for that user.
HelloBenTeoh I only see the option to allow recording in a meeting policy, not enforce them. I was hoping it would be that easy 🙂
