Teams Phone Auto Attendant Ringing Busy
As of a few days ago, our Auto Attendant for our 1-800 number is ringing busy. nothing has changed on our end or any settings changed. What should I be looking at to try and fix this? It is attached...

Can you check the following information?
1. Check if you have the communication credit balance intact?
2. When you have a different number is it another 1800 Number or a Toll Number?
The issue only happens when the Communications Credit balance is zero.
