Teams Only Mode - Functionality of SfB after change

Hello!

Our org has successfully migrated over to Teams-only mode. I just have a question about the 'app preferences' option in the admin center. Now that we are Teams-only, if an external party so happens to send a SfB invite, will users still be able to join via SfB? I'm not sure if the SfB client is removed after the change to teams only. The MS documentation says users "may retain the client to join meetings on Skype for Business that have been organized by non-upgraded users or external parties."
