Teams meeting/call audit - MS Purview
Is it possible to get details (time and number of calls) of Teams one to one calls between 2 individuals for a given date period?
I tried Purview auditing and eDiscovery but unable to find an activity suitable for this.

Thank you for your reply. And I'm sorry no solution has been provided. Frankly, I was a bit embarrassed when I could not easily provide a department head this seemingly simple data for their department phone usage. I settled on providing the calls queue usage report with the caveat that it appears to be an undercount as it does not count direct inbound or outbound calls, and does not include transfers from other departments.

mvnairThank you for this original question. have you worked out a custom solution to get details (time and number of calls) of Teams one to one calls between 2 individuals for a given date period? I am new to PowerBI and Teams admin center and suprised this isn't a 'stock' report. In admin center, Manange Users > Meetings and Calls, we get a table that is mostly what I am after but it cannot be exported. I basically want, each month, to pull:
Meeting or Call ID, Start time, Participants, Duration, Activity Type
for several usernames. I've downloaded the PowerBI templates and tried to create this table from those data sources but always get errors.- mvnairCopper Contributor
Unfortunately I have not found a solution - Microsoft support wasn't able to help. I tried checking with MS support about Purview audit to look for this info but they said call details are not part of Audit logs.
There's no easy way to get this info out of the box, you will have to create your own solution based on the audit logs and data available in the CQD: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/turning-on-and-using-call-quality-dashboard

its surprising we have no out of the box report or option in Purview eDiscovery for this
