Teams Enhancement Requests - allow meeting participants to be "on hold"

Please please please offer the possibility of being able to put yourself "on hold" during a meeting.

Currently, the way is to create a fake meeting to be put "on hold" in the other meeting.

Or if not, the chat is filled with "be right back" followed by a "back" from each participant who must put themselves on hold.
