Teams displays a user phone numbers when he has none in AD, AzureAd

One user asked me to remove his phone numbers in his profile as they are shown in Teams' profile

They have been removed from AD, AzureAD, Teams Admin user details and none are visible from an admin point of view.

The user can still see them in Teams but not in Microsoft Account

from where are they coming from ?? and how to remove them ?

    Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for a change from the Teams Admin Center (TAC) in the Microsoft Teams client. If this issues persists past that time, I would recommend opening a ticket at answers.microsoft.com where they can help you troubleshoot, directly.
